WEBSITE TERMS
Terms of use.
Effective 26 October 2026
Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to neurepublic.com and its publications, operated as the NeuRepublic programme by Larry Croski. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Separate executed agreements govern investments, projects and beneficiary participation.
Permitted use
You may access the site and download publications for personal reading and internal evaluation. You shall not interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, harvest personal data or use the site to misrepresent an affiliation with NeuRepublic. Intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners.
Programme information and financial targets
Programme budgets, returns, valuations and schedules are management targets or analytical models as identified. They are not guaranteed returns, secured financing, awarded concessions or an offer or solicitation to acquire securities. Submitting an enquiry creates no investment contract, shareholding or benefit entitlement.
Enquiries and external services
You shall submit accurate information that you are authorised to provide. Do not submit confidential third-party documents or sensitive identity, health or financial data through the public form. Third-party sites and services operate under their own terms; links do not constitute endorsement.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. No website statement varies an executed contract.
Changes, law and contact
Updated terms apply prospectively from their stated effective date. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, subject to mandatory protections applicable to the user. The courts of Malaysia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Questions and notices may be submitted through the contact form.
