Who is responsible

This policy applies to the NeuRepublic website and stakeholder enquiries administered by Larry Croski for NeuRepublic. Submit a privacy request through the contact form and select “Privacy request”.

Information collected and purposes

The form collects your name, email, country, optional organisation, stakeholder role and message. We use it to assess and respond to your enquiry, maintain correspondence and protect the website against abuse. Required fields are marked; without them we may be unable to respond. An enquiry does not enrol you in marketing or a funded benefit programme.

Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, logs, spam signals and cookie data. Do not submit identity documents, account credentials, financial account details, medical records, genetic data or information about children through this form.

Access and service providers

Authorised programme administrators and service providers receive information necessary for hosting, form delivery, email, security and responding to you. WordPress.com and its associated services process technical information under Automattic’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell enquiry information. Disclosure may also occur where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal rights.

Retention and security

Enquiries are reviewed at least annually and retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction unless an active relationship, legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. Deletion follows the retention review, subject to lawful records and backup cycles.

International processing

Hosting and communications providers may process information outside your country. Transfers must use applicable legal grounds and appropriate contractual or other safeguards. Further project or beneficiary data collection is governed by a separate notice and agreement.

Your choices and rights

Use the contact form to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion or information about processing, subject to applicable law. We verify requests proportionately and respond within applicable statutory periods. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing and may prevent us from continuing the enquiry. You may raise unresolved concerns with the relevant data-protection authority.
